hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is exclusively based on these conditions of participation.

Eligible Persons
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18. Participation is limited to customers of the organizer.

Employees of the organizer and its affiliated companies as well as their family members are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude people from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example

a) in the event of manipulations in connection with the implementation of the competition,
b) in the event of violations of these Conditions of Participation,
c) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Participation
Participation in the competition takes place by placing an order in the web shop at www.cloudcardgrading.com between August 17th, 2023 and August 27th, 2023

By confirming the conditions of participation in the ordering process, the participant accepts them. Participation is only possible up to the closing date. Orders received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. The closing date for participation in the competition is August 27, 2023, 11:59 p.m. The electronically logged receipt of the order by the organizer is used to check that the order has been received on time.

Each submitted order per participant counts as a separate ticket.

Prize, Notification and Delivery of Prize

The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries in a random draw among all participants. The organizer will notify the winner of the raffle by e-mail by September 1st, 2023. In the event of undeliverable notification, the Promoter is under no obligation to investigate further and may select a new winner. If the winner does not respond within one week of being notified of the prize, the organizer is also entitled to determine a new winner.

The prize will be handed over by post immediately after the winner has been determined. An exchange or payment of the prize is not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize.

Completion of the Sweepstakes
The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons and to adapt these conditions of participation.

In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal (personal) data when placing an order. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, last name and e-mail address, is true and correct.

The collection and processing of personal data serves to comply with statutory retention requirements.

The personal data of the participants will not be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will they be allowed to use them.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name in the advertising media, social networks and websites used by the organizer. In addition, the participant agrees that the handing over of the prize may be documented, stored and published in online media in the form of photo, sound and film recordings.

This includes the announcement of the winner on the organizer's website and social media platforms.

The participant can at any time receive information about his data stored by the organizer, object to the use of his data and request their deletion.

Disclaimer
The competition is not connected to Facebook, Instagram or YouTube and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. The contact person and person responsible is solely the organizer.

Liability
The organizer is not liable for damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, disruptions to the technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way when participating in the competition unless such damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer (its organs, employees or vicarious agents). The above limitation of liability does not apply in the event of injury to life, body and health or in the case of fraudulently concealed defects.

The operator's competition is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory provisions of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence remain unaffected. The legal process is excluded.

Severability Clause
Should a provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
