1. ORDER
Everything starts in the Cloud Configurator, where you create your own design and choose your desired service level. Always make sure your cart details are correct and that you leave your contact information. Once you’ve completed your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all important next steps.
2. CARD ARRIVAL
Once you receive our confirmation email, you can prepare your cards for shipment. The email includes a DHL label and order sheet, which you'll include in your package. This ensures your cards arrive safely and are correctly assigned.
3. INSPECTION & RECORDING
After your cards arrive, we begin creating your custom design. Each card is inspected and documented. You’ll be kept updated throughout the process and receive a separate email with a link to your opening video once the cards are logged.
4. SIGNATURE GRADING
Next, your cards are graded based on standardized criteria. Our in-house software and human quality check ensure accuracy. Your chosen case and label are finalized and sealed together with the card. Your grading is complete.
5. COLLECTORS BOX & SHIPPING
After grading and packaging, your cards are placed securely in our custom Collectors Box (if purchased). If not, they’ll be wrapped in our sustainable tissue-paper bags. We then prepare the shipment and return your cards to you.
