You always start at the Bronze level – this one stays forever. If you collect enough points, you move up to the Silver level. This lasts for 12 months. After that, your points will slowly go down. If you keep spending or stay active, you can reach a higher level. Each time you reach a new level, the 12 months start again. If you don’t collect enough points during that time, you’ll move back to a lower level.

The automatic discount applies to all items except already discounted products.

How long do I stay in a level?
From Silver, valid for 12 months. Bronze is unlimited. After reaching a new level, the 12 months reset.

Only in the Grading Dashboard inside your customer account.

Platinum/Black: automatic. Bronze/Silver/Gold: manually enter code.
Where can I find my Free Shipping and Christmas codes?
Automatically sent by email. Please check your spam folder!
What happens if I change my email address?
Contact Customer Service to update your email address.
When are my points credited?
21 days after purchase (due to return period).
What happens with returns or cancellations?
Points will be deducted accordingly.
How long are my codes valid?
1 year from receipt of the email.
Do I get points retroactively for guest purchases?
No, orders must always be placed using the same email address.
